Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when it is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When you submit a deletion request, we permanently remove:

Your account profile (name, phone number, email if provided)
All business records, messages, and activity logs you have sent to Zablo
Any early access form submissions linked to your contact details
Your usage history within the Zablo service

We may retain anonymized aggregate data (e.g., total messages processed) that cannot be linked back to you. If applicable law requires us to retain specific records, we will inform you and restrict all other processing in the meantime.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at info@zablo.ai Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" so we can route it correctly.

Include your phone number The phone number linked to your Zablo account so we can locate your records.

We confirm and complete We'll acknowledge within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

WhatsApp / Meta Data

Deleting your data from Zablo does not affect any data held by Meta (WhatsApp). To manage your WhatsApp data, visit Meta's Privacy Policy or contact Meta directly.
